Hi guys, we had a scenario recently where some small updates were made to the lookup table data and then when the user hit the sync button on the mobile application those updates didn't reflect. I had to get the mobile user to clear their user data under the advanced menu in order for the updated lookup table data to come through.
So I just wanted to double check what exactly gets sync'd when hitting that button?
Updates to Lookup Tables should absolutely come through when a user syncs with the server without requiring Clear Data or any other steps.
Are the lookup tables in question simply being uploaded as excel files through HQ's UI? If you can replicate the scenario where you upload a lookup table and a successful mobile sync doesn't receive it, I would Report an Issue through the HQ interface. That's definitely not intended behavior.
