Web users access Data but not the PowerBI integration

Hi there,

Is there a way to give access to web users to the Data menu so they can archive forms etc but restrict access to the OData feeds for security reasons?

Yes, this should be possible. I'd try it out yourself by logging on as a restricted user to be sure the controls are as you intend, but this is what I think you need:
Configure a role with the permissions necessary for the work you'd like them to do on the data tab, then ensure that "Access All Reports" is unchecked. That should make a list called "Access Specific Reports" appear. If "PowerBi/Tableau Integration" is not checked, users with that role should not be able to configure or access OData feeds.
