just curious to know if there is any workaround to download web user details with the assigned role to them.

Web user data can be downloaded in full detail through HQ's API's.

i found .. this is generating details in XML format. Can we download it in excel/csv ?

Hi,

I don't think that we currently support a CSV dump for these models because there are multiple places in the data structure for users where data may have a many-to-one relationship with the model, preventing us from having a clear way to apply a flt schema.

the output doesn't include date of registration. Is there any other means, listing web users with date of registration

It looks like that data isn't available from the API.
