Way to "skip to end" of form using skip logic?

Hi,

I am creating a form that will be part of a case that is only relevant if
the mobile worker has had in-person contact with the participant in the
last 7 days. So, i want there to be a question asking "Have you had
in-person contact with [NAME] in the past 7 days?" and if the mobile worker
answers no, I would like it to skip to the end of the form where it can be
submitted. Is there anyway I can do that without having to add display
logic to every question?

Hi Sam,

You could put all the questions following the one you mentioned "Have you
had in-person contact with [NAME] in the past 7 days?" into a group and
then apply the display condition only to the group itself. No need to put
it for every questions that way.
