Warning message pop-up

Hi there
Is there a way that if a user provides a certain answer (e.g. yes in
multi-choice) that a warning could pop-up - for example in my survey one of
the questions is "Does anyone in this household have a fever?" and I want a
pop-up to remind the FLW to do the RDT test if the answer is yes... I know
I could do this as a skip logic question, but it doesn't require an answer,
just a gentle reminder. Any ideas? Or just stick to the basics and use
skip-logic?
Asante sana
Anita

Hi Anita,

I'd create another "Label" question that is only displayed when your "fever" question is "Yes". Then you group the two questions together so they appear on the same screen.

Whenever Fever=Yes, the Label question will appear at the bottom.

It is not a pop-up per se, but may do the tric.

Would that work for you ?

Regards,

Charles

That makes sense Charles, thank you very much! If it doesn't work I will
reply.
