Wanted : Case property on excel export

Hello Dear Commcare users,

I am having some troubles exporting one of our case properties.
The title of the case property itself appears on the case export sheet however the data themselves do not appear and the column is just empty.

If I export the forms I can see the data related to the above mentioned case property.

Did you had any comparable issues in the past too? Any suggestions on where to look at?

Hey Nicolas,

Have you checked off "Show Deleted Questions and Advanced Properties" when
creating the export? One thought might be you've changed the casing of the
name (i.e. FirstName vs. firstname). CommCare might be treating those
differently.

Thanks again for answering

As for this case property I got the same result by ckecking or checking off the mentionned button.
I thought about the case property name change but I really do not think this has been changed.

Anyway, surprisingly since yesterday, the case property column in the excel export is not empty anymore. The cases that have been modified during those last two days show the mentioned case property correctly.
