Voce recording in interviews

Hi all,

I would like to record interviewees’ responses to some questions (audio capture). i.e Record the voice of the interviewer and the interviewee’s responses to the questions. I am seeking ideas: how should I configure these questions to associate the question with the interviewee’s response?
