Hello,
I would like to add a question to my form, which includes a visual analog
scale.
For example, the question label would be something like "Please rate your
pain from 1 (low) to 10 (high)". Then ideally, there would be an image of a
scale, ranging from 1-10, that the user could click to select a value on
the scale as their response.
Is something like this possible in CommCare?
Thanks,
Robin
Hi Robin,
I think the closest you could get to this at the moment would be to compose
this scale from your own images on a grid view select question
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Advanced+CommCare+Android+Formatting#AdvancedCommCareAndroidFormatting-GridView.
You can see what this would look like at the ODK website
https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/examples/#select_prompts.
Best,
Will
