VirtualBox install or install through shell script

I tried so many times to deploy the commcarehq server app, but no luck. Is
there any better and up to date guide for Ubuntu 12? I would appreciate any
help.

One more question, Is it possible for Dimagi to support a project by
eliminating or reducing the cost? And another one, will the limitation of
number of mobile users will apply if we use the API?

The install instructions should be fully up to date, if you believe there
are mistakes in the instructions please write to the developers mailing
list here: Redirecting to Google Groups.

The user limit does apply to API usage. Someone from Dimagi will reach out
to you directly to discuss your project's needs and potential financial
support.
