We have 4 tablets running the same CommCare application but one of them has become very slow at collecting the GPS location within CommCare. It seems to work fine with other apps (eg Google Maps). Could this be a CommCare issue. We’ve reset the tablet but this hasn’t solved the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Could it be that Location Settings on the device have been changed centrally somehow (IE: by changing whether High Accuracy locations is on or off or some sort of power mode is set?)
Unfortunately, Google Maps is a bit of a tricky comparison, Google has been known to build their apps in ways with custom/unique/privileged access to Android’s API’s, so core device settings could affect CommCare which wouldn’t be changing behavior for Maps.
