Using both CommConnect SMS survey and regular CommCare survey

HI there,

I am currently in the process of setting up a project which involves a form
for registration of cases, questionnaire form on demographics,
breastfeeding etc and then we are also planning to send sms messages to the
cases. What is the best way to set -out these forms should the sms survey
and regular questionnaire be in different modules? does it matter if they
are in the same module? Is it ok to put everything into the same module and
just make the surveys different forms?

Hi Jessica,

It’s fine to put all the forms under one module. However, you may choose
to keep them separate for organizational purposes. For example, if you
have a form which will only be sent over SMS, you may choose to create a
separate app for it just so it doesn’t show up with all the rest of the
forms during data collection.
