Thanks for reaching out. If I understand you correctly, you're asking if it's possible to create commcare apps by importing some Excel/Word file, similar to how case imports work. Unfortunately no, all apps have to be built using app builder.

Actually you can build forms in excel, though the full suite of features isn't available. This confluence page goes over the process and its limitations.
