I recently upload mobile users using the following steps.
- go to Users-> Mobile workers
- click on
bulk upload - and then upload excel file
after the upload process finished, it brings the following error
What's the problem here? The screenshot shows some errors in the upload file, mostly duplicate usernames. If you remove the duplicates, I'd expect the upload to complete.

I tried to delete the topic after i realize the excel file has duplicate usernames. But am not able to delete the topic once posted.
meanwhile, I've seen some duplicate usernames registered on the system. I don't know, how the system allowed duplicate usernames to be registered as shown in the picture below
I'm not certain. I don't believe we've run across that issue on the production environment. I just tried and was unable to reproduce that error.
