I recently exported my existing cases, edited them by adding a new column
for a new case property, then re-imported my cases. My upload was
successful and when I export the cases, everything looks normal. When I try
to open one of the follow-up forms on the tablet, though, the case list is
empty. I can't seem to find the reason for this. Any help would be
appreciated!
Check that your caseid is still in alignment with the child case
indicies.column. if you reimported with a new column the caseid may have
been updated
but the child case may still have the old caseid referenced.
