[UPDATE] Re: CommCareHQ scheduled maintenance

Hi everyone,

Just to update you, we have seen an intermittent problem with form
submissions since the maintenance. No data is being lost, but not all forms
are being correctly processed. It looks like unprocessed forms may queue up
on the phones and won't show up in reports until we are able to resolve
this. We are working closely with our database provider to resolve what
looks to be an issue on their end, and will update as soon as we have more
info. At the same time we are looking into rolling back the changes that
were made as a short term workaround. However we don't yet know when this
will be fully resolved. However, just to reiterate, all data coming in is
safe and will be reprocessed correctly once we are able to address these
issues.

To our knowledge everything else on the site is functioning ok.

Hi all,

Another update. We've found and fixed the source of the submission errors.
New submissions should now be coming in fine. Data that was affected in the
last 24 hours still needs to be migrated on our end and we're working on a
script to do that. We'll let you know when everything is back to normal.
