Is there a 'markdown' for underlining? I have utilized italic and bold however, I would like to underline a words i.e., 'not' to emphasize the easily misunderstood question.

Looks like CommCare doesn' t have a pure markdown syntax for underlining.
The only thing that works for me is if you wrap your question text in the corresponding html tags for underlining i.e <u> text_to_underline </u>
Though this works as expected on mobile for me unfortunately App Preview doesn't treat this expression well and instead shows <u> text_to_underline </u> as question text for the above expression.
