Our project in Nigeria includes a bidirectional survey. We have multiple sites and case sharing groups on the project. One of the sites has been having issues with the SMS messages. The participants are receiving the SMS survey, but when they try to respond, the message shows as "Not Delivered." I am not sure where this issue could be stemming from, or why it is only happening at one site
