That message means something in your app is attempting to reference a lookup table called Admin1. Do you expect there to be a lookup table of that name? Where does this come from? Is there a lookup table question in one of your form? One possibility is that this lookup table used to exist, but was subsequently deleted, or perhaps this user doesn't have access.
