Unable to change the primary location of a user

Hello,

I am not able to change the primary location of a user account on our local server instance. Changing it takes to a page which says 'Something unexpected happened' (Please see screenshot). Can you suggest a way to resolve this?

Hello Mariawit,

The above message indicates that the server returned a 500 Error.

Could you have your developer team send you the traceback for that 500 error and paste that here. This will help us understand why this is happening.
