Unable to access data on commcarehq

Hi,

I am unable to access data on commcare hq for a survey form that was
created.

When i click on the option to export forms I see the attached screen.

There are people on field who are currently collecting data for the survey
form but i cannot see their names on commcare nor can i see the data

Please advice.

Hi Siddharth,

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Can you confirm you are on a stable
internet connection?

If you are still seeing the error can you please use the "report an issue"
function in HQ and also include your browser information?
