Hey Jeffrey,
Not at the moment, though this feature is in active development. I can't
currently say when it will be released but hopefully in the not too distant
future.

Jeffery,
As an alternate workaround: If your device supports multiple user profiles,
each Android user receives its own data sandbox for installed applications,
so you can use multiple Android Profile users to install multiple apps in
the short term.
We'll announce out when Multiple Apps is ready for usage as a core feature,
thanks for your patience!

Depending on your use-case, this may or may not be helpful, but you can use
the offline install process to place multiple .ccz (your app) files on your
device, and then when you want to switch it will be much more convenient
than going through the normal online installation process.
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Install+CommCareODK+for+Android+Smartphones
This page contains the instructions for doing an offline install- you can
easily do this for multiple apps, and save the .ccz files on your device.
Just remember to rename the .ccz files clearly as the default will always
be commcare.ccz.

Hello,
Using the Multiple Application feature linked to by Cory is the only way to
install multiple CommCare applications on one device.
As to CommCare vs CommCare LTS (IE Long Term Support), CommCare LTS is a
version of CommCare that receives less frequent updates and is intended for
projects with less connectivity. In general projects should use the
standard CommCare application since this will receive the newest features,
bug fixes, and performance enhancements.
Cheers,
Will
