We are receiving a 'li pat sournet byen' (didn't submit correctly) error in
CommCare (pih_cholera domain) when trying to submit data. We are working to
get you a copy of the logs, so hopefully coming shortly. The phone can
access web pages through the browser just fine. What is the process for
troubleshooting this?
Verify CommCare has access to the network through a CC Network test
Verify the phone has access to the network (which seems like you've
done)
Verify the network configurations are correct and applied to all
applications on phone.
If those tests fail, then the Dimagi dev guys can assist you further.
