Transferring cases and case properties between apps in the same project space

I currently have built two apps within the same project space. The first
app is a survey that registers respondents as cases and collects case
information, while the second app tracks receipt of an intervention for a
subset of cases (those who are assigned to the intervention group). I would
like to know the steps that I need to take to link these two apps. In
particular, I would like to transfer cases and case properties from my
survey app to the intervention tracking app. I also would like to be able
to update case properties in the intervention tracking app, which in turn
should update case properties into the survey app. How can this be done in
CommCare? Any support on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello Mahesh,

Are the same users tracking the same cases in both apps, or are there
different users for each app? If there are different users then it sounds
like you may want to use case sharing.
