Timer App Troubles

I am having trouble making the commcare timer app callout work. I can
deployed my application with that app callout question and there are no
issues in logging in or starting the consultation but when I arrive at this
question and choose the button to capture data, it stalls the program and
restarts everything. What am I doing wrong in the code?

No worries. I did that initially but they referred me to the CommCare
google group. Im a little confused on where to go for which types of
issues. But thanks for your help!
