Syncing with server while offline?

Our agents are having trouble connecting to the internet in the Touba Toul
region. Is there a way for me to collect their information without bringing
the phone with me?
I tried using a usb cabe, but nothing is saved in the ODK folder, so how do
we make sure that the forms are saved onto the phone?

Hi Marie,

There is a way to sync phones using WIFI direct. You'd use your own phone to collect forms from phones on the field. Check this doc out :
