Submit Button for the end of form

Dear CommCare Users,

We are running our Apps on Android, but the most common confusion(not huge
though) is where the user needs to press when form is completed! Sometimes
the users forget to tap on the forward navigation button located on top of
the form and leave the form un-submitted. Just out of curiosity, is there a
way in CommCare I can configure "End of Form" properties, to show the
"Submit Form" button in the middle of the form with some custom message so
it is crystal clear for the users that they are saving the form when they
tap on it?

Hi Chaiwa,

Unfortunately this is not possible, but our engineering team has received
some feedback about the end of form submit button and is investigating
potential changes.

One option would be to add a final label to the form that states "This form
is complete, please click the green button to save". You could even change
the label format so that it includes a checkbox and require the user checks
that box before they can click the save button.

Hi Chaiwa,

The 2.28 release of CommCare actually contains some changes to the
appearance of the last screen of a form, based upon similar feedback that
we have received from many users. We expect that the changes will make it
much more obvious to users how to submit their form. We expect this version
will be released in 2-3 weeks, at which point you should try out the new
functionality to see if it resolves the problems you're facing, and feel
free to provide feedback if it does not!
