In addition to the December Updates, we have just made some big changes to HQ.
Form Designer Quick Links: Now in the app builder, when you hover your mouse over the name of a form in the application outline, you will see a pencil symbol appear. This is a quick link to edit the form in the Form Designer.
Worker Monitoring reports: We have heard your feedback and have reorganized the reports to make them better, more configurable, and more intuitive.
This may cause you to lose some of your saved and scheduled email reports. If you had a saved or scheduled email for any of the following reports, you must save and schedule them again!

Daily Form Completions
Submissions By Form

Form Completion vs. Submission Trends
One of the biggest changes is a new Form Filter that allows you to select a form by application, a module in that application, and then a form in that module. This permits you to filter by forms by an Application or Application + Module in several of the reports. We hope this brings greater flexibility to your workflow needs.
Many of the reports have undergone name changes. Some reports have been merged to form one, more meaningful report. We have also removed one very underused and confusing report altogether.
These name changes are:
"Form Completion Trends" is now "Form Completion Time"
"Submission Times" is now "Worker Activity Times"
"Daily Form Completions" and "Daily Form Submissions" are now one report called "Daily Form Activity"
"Submit Distribution" was removed
You may also find that each Worker Monitoring Report now has a description attached. We hope this improves the clarity of the reports for you and any first time users of CommCare HQ.
Lastly, we have fixed several bugs in reports. Some of these include:
issues with table headers not scrolling with the rest of the table when the data is too wide for the page
sorting issues with some of the columns in reports with tables
We hope these changes improve your workflow. Thank you for your input this far, and expect to see more changes to reports soon!
One last change we forgot to mention - we've also made some significant
performance improvements to cloudcare on poor network connections. You can
now open forms against cases in a new window (which should load fast), and
we've significantly reduced the amount of back-and-forth that happens with
the server when you navigate around your app in cloudcare.
