Signature Feature and App Crashing

I recently launched an app regarding malaria ITN Checks but one of my
mobile users said it kept crashing on them when they used the signature
feature on the app as well as randomly when trying to fill the form out. Do
you have any tips for how to fix this bug?

Hello,

Could you please report an issue from your project space with the
instructions to cause the crash? Also, if you haven't already, sending a
crash report from the mobile device would also be helpful.

So it didn't crash on my phone but on a friends who is testing it out for
me.

How do I report a crash on the phone?

It should prompt you if it is able. If it didn't it might be crashing in a
way that the app is unable to report on.

Hello,

Once you have clear reproduction steps please report an issue from your
project space on the crashing form outlining those. If you are unable to
get clear reproduction steps then it will likely not be possible for us to
figure out the issue.
