Sharing the App with another project -Urgent Help Needed

Dear CommCare users,

I just wanted guidance on how to go about the questions below. CRS Lesotho
just adopted the Mawa CCFLS App and they would like to use it to implement
the CCFLS model for their project. I am scheduled to go and get them setup
as well as train them in the use of the App and technical support. The App
is currently developed and hosted under Mawa workspace for CRS Zambia.

Here are the few critical questions I need help on:

    1.   Since App is currently in Mawa Workspace, do we need to

create another workspace for CRS Lesotho or should we just create a project
within the same workspace? Any billing implications?

    1.   If CRS Lesotho project is created within same workspace, will

the data be distinct(I guess so), will there be anything else we need to
look out for? Will the users in our project space be distinct from theirs?

    1.   If we copied the application to their project space, will the

advanced features used to build the App still be available to them without
upgrading the subscription plan? Would the App still work with the free
plan?

    1.   Is there anything technical that we need to lookout for to

ensure the App works even after copying it over?

    1.   Anything else that you would want to highlight for us to

ensure we share the App correctly?

In this situation I would definitely recommend copying the application to
a different domain. If you don't do this then you'll have no easy way to
distinguish between which project mobile users belong to, the reporting
tools will conflate the cases and forms from the two applications unless
you specifically add filters disambiguating them, and you'll might run into
confusion with other data shared across domains such as fixtures.

    1.   If we copied the application to their project space, will

the advanced features used to build the App still be available to them
without upgrading the subscription plan? Would the App still work with the
free plan?

Unfortunately no - if your application requires any paid-tier features you
will need to pay for a separate subscription on the new domain.

    1.   Is there anything technical that we need to lookout for to

ensure the App works even after copying it over?

Fixtures and organizations/locations are not automatically copied with the
application so you'll need to re-upload these if any of your forms require
them. You'll also need to create new users and groups on the new domain.
