Sharing data from one form with externals while keeping data from the greater app private

Hello,

I'd like to know if it's possible to give external people access to data
gathered from specifically one form within a greater CommCare app? For
example, if we want to share with a separate partner information gathered
on a form, "Feedback: How Easy Was Filling Out Your Info?", but keep
private information gathered on all other forms within the same app (e.g.,
Personal Information, Contact Address, etc.), is there a way to allow this?

Is there a specific way you're trying to share the data? The easiest way I
can think of would be to create a Form Data Export
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Form+Data+Export for
just this form.

Hi William,

Yes; unfortunately I don't think the form data export would work because
the main app within which the form would sit belongs to a partner of ours,
and we don't have free access to their CommCareHQ portal. Is there a way to
have free access to one form embedded within their app?

Unfortunately I don't know of any way to configure permissions at the
individual reports level, though maybe one of my colleagues will have an
idea. The best option I can think of would be to have your partner setup
some push publishing system that makes the form report (as above) available
to you on a regular basis.
