questions you're trying to ask. My understanding from your email is you
have a group of questions you'd like to ask for each family member,
starting with 'does [this family member] live with you?', and if yes, ask
additional quesitons for that family member? Is this right? How do you get
the set of family members you want to ask questions for? Is it fixed
up-front, or is that part of the questions you ask?
Can you let me know what domain and form you are working on, and I can
examine the error more closely.

The best way to do this is to "report an issue" from your form's page on
CommCare HQ.
