Server response time slow or stopped?

Hello folks –

Is anyone noticing that the Export Forms features seem to be resulting in
extremely long (or infinite) load times in the browser? In fact, when I am
trying to download a custom export, and it simply stays at the popup
dialogue “Downloading Export Data for… > bla > bla > bla”, with the
rotating spinner spinning, for 20 minutes, never truly loads. Other pages
– like the page of possible report exports to choose from, also take long
times to load, but do succeed in loading eventually.

I’ve tried this several times over the past hour, reloading and same
result.

For your info, it is between 4pm and 530pm in Bangkok time, in case the
Dimagi team was carrying out some maintenance or procedures on the server
during their night time –

Ah ha – Then, after about 25 minutes or so, the following error "Oh No!"
error message came through: See attached image – Eric

We are noticing some unusual slowness as well and are looking into it. We
will let you know once the issue has been resolved.

Hey Eric,

Could you please report an issue on HQ if this is still happening and
include your project information? We are seeing slower-than-normal load
times but nothing like 25 minutes.
