Hi folks, i can't connect to Commcare HQ and i can't update and syinc my
commcare. please any help?

We're aware of this issue, our team has looked into it and the problem
seems to be a result of our database cloud service being unavailable. We
have followed up with the Cloudant and they are aware of the widespread
outage and they are working urgently to restore access as soon as possible.
We'll update everyone on this forum once the problem is resolved. Thank you
for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.
