Server Downtime

Hi Everyone,

The CommCareHQ and CareHQ servers are current experiencing downtime related
to our hosting service. We’re working diligently on resolving any issues and
determining a timeline for them to be back up. We’ll email as soon as we
have an update.

Update:

There was a power outage at our hosting company’s data warehouse. Some
services have been restored, but we’ll need to wait until they’ve restored
the ones which give us access to the internal networks so we can enter the
encryption keys and restart the secure servers. They haven’t provided us
with a timeline, but the services have been coming online consistently since
the outage, so we’re hopeful everything will be up by tomorrow morning.

Hi all,

Thanks again for your patience. All of our servers are back online, and
we’ve gotten everything up and running again with the exception of some of
the reports on CommCare HQ, which we hope will be available within the next
10 hours. If you have problems with any of the systems other than that,
please let us know.

The server should now be back to normal. Thanks for being patient with
us! We’ll do everything in our power to make sure this doesn’t happen
again.
