Hello! We have an SMS feature set up as part of our CommCare app to send appointment reminders and some educational/motivational content to patients with records in our system. Our messages are set up as conditional alerts. We don’t currently have a rule criteria set up to restrict messages to only be sent to open cases. I am wondering if that is necessary, or if CommCare automatically excludes closed cases from receiving messages. Thank you for your help!
