On Commcare application (on phone), is there a way for the user to see the
number of forms completed, or number of visit made per client? if no, is
there a plan to have this on the application?

Currently we do not keep track of this data on the phone. It is possible to
track the number of visits made per client by saving a case field which
contains the current number and incrementing it by one during each visit.
The information can then be displayed on the Case's summary screen.
In theory you could also keep track of the global data with a few tricks
(mostly creating and keeping track of a case which tracks this data on the
phone and adding another summary screen for it), but there's no plans to add
this specifically.
