OVer 10,000 and i am continuing to populate the app

While CommCare's backend can handle huge case loads (the largest known project has ~500 Million Case Records), CommCare's mobile application is designed to support permanent offline usage of very flexible data models, so although you can use tricks to make it performant / usable with tens of thousands of "local" cases, the core interactions (like loading a case list) are optimized for much smaller base sets of cases.
For teams that are using CommCare to track huge amounts of data, we recommend splitting up the data relevant to each user through case sharing in organizational hierarchies which provide flexibility in defining which users can see what sets of the overall data in the system.
