We have built an App for strengthening health provider competencies through clinical mentorship. The app consists of one repeatable form (can be filled several times), which is a checklist of yes/no questions. We want to calculate the percentage of each individual event. i.e., Number of yes responses divided by (number of yes + no responses) X 100. E,g If Provider A had 55% in the first visit, 76% in the second visit and 80% in the third visit, we would like to be able list these percentages per provider in the report.
How can we achieve this?
