Saving uncompleted forms

I'm having problems saving uncompleted forms in CommCare to return to later
to complete. It seems like there should automatically be an icon that
shows up that I can select to exit a form and save, but none is appearing.
Any ideas on this?

Have you verified that Incomplete Forms are enabled for your
application as described
here
