Saved Forms

Hey Guys,

For some reason, one of our Android tablets is not storing forms in the
saved folder on CC mobile. Anyone seen this? I do not seem to find the
setting store saved forms on the tablet.

That's strange, the setting for how long saved forms should remain on the
device should be independent of the individual device, since it is set on
the CommCareHQ app settings.

Two things to try:

  1. It's possible that your app install is out of date, can you ensure that
    if you hit "Menu->Update CommCare" from the home screen that the install on
    that device is the latest?
  2. The phone's date being off could also possibly affect this, since it
    could result in the phone thinking the forms are older than they really
    are. Can you confirm whether the phone's date and time are set accurately?

We recently pushed a fix for this issue to the Google Play store, have you
tried updating CommCare to the latest version?
