Samsung Tab 4 Factory Reset

Hi all,

We are using Samsung Tab 4 tablets for CommCare and we have had 8 out of 16
of them automatically factory reset randomly. It has happened to tablets at
the same time which are being used in the same place (i.e. we have 3 in one
location and 2 of them reset at exactly the same time). I realise that this
problem is more likely due to the tablet and not CommCare but I just wanted
to know if anyone else using Samsung Tab 4 tablets have experienced a
similar problem?

HI Maya,

We are using Samsung Tab 4 devices for our applications (about 50 of them)
and have noticed that too, but, is appears to occur when an android OS
update is performed on the tablet that a factory reset is automatically
performed.
