I wanted to check if any team is currently implementing or has previously implemented a de-addiction monitoring and intervention project using CommCare.
If such a project exists, would it be possible to share the following for reference?
- The data collection tool/questionnaire used in CommCare.
- The form or data design (including the CommCare form structure).
- Any monitoring indicators or intervention workflow, if available.
This will help us understand the data design and support us in developing a similar tool for our requirements.
