Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can assist with via the forum. Can you email your request to support@dimagi.com or report an issue from within CommCareHQ? It’s available under the question mark icon in the top right.
If it was deleted only recently, there’s still a chance the CommCare team may be able to restore it from backups, especially if the submitted data is still retained on their side. I’d definitely open a support ticket directly with the application name, project space and approximate deletion time as soon as possible. The sooner support checks it, the better the chances of recovery usually are.
