Due to a failure in our deployment process we accidentally pushed an update
to CommCare HQ that caused many reports (including most of the worker
monitoring and data inspection reports and exports) to timeout. This was
the case for the last 5 hours. We’ve deployed a hotfix that will now allow
those reports to load, but they may not show the latest data for several
hours. If you don’t see data in some reports please be patient and it
should show up within 24 hours.
We’re doing an internal retrospective to understand how this happened and
prevent similar issues in the future. Thanks for your patience on this.
