Report Issues

Hello,

We are currently working on a known issue involving reports on our site.
While we are working to fix this, there may be subsequent issues in reports
that contain forms, such as reports not showing all data or loading slowly.
Once we fix the underlying cause, all forms should show in reports as
expected. We will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

Hi Robin
Could this be the reason why my info.case.id column is empty when I
download one of my forms? It shows up for all other forms that are linked
except for one.

Robin and all – can you tell us why this thread is still “pinned” to the
top of the forum? Is that because there are still report issues that it’s
good for us to track? Or, alternatively, is this bug resolved… in which
case, maybe un-pin this thread? Just curious. Thanks!

Has this issue been resolved? Cory says yes, but I seem to be having the
same issue of reports not showing all the forms that were collected (i.e.
they were submitted by the mobile users but are not available for
download). Any guidance is appreciated!

install your forms. You can generate this code following the instructions

Hey Jennifer,

There are no known issues with reports in CommCare HQ right now. If you
believe that you are not seeing all the collected forms please report an
issue from your project space and our team can take a look. Remember to
make sure that all the devices successfully sync with the server before
their data will show up.
