Hi Clayton
The form is to collect info about houses in the community. Questions in the top are about location, and the repeat question is for all the persons living in the house. I used Vellum to design the form and in the HQ does not show any error.
In the emulator I can't pass from the trigger question. When I try it in the phone, it says "Unhandled exception. Do you want to close the application?" it allows me to answer yes or no.
Not sure if you need anything more specific.

If you made the form with Vellum it sounds like an error in one of our
tools. Terribly sorry about the inconvenience, can you please submit a bug
report as outlined at
https://wiki.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Bug+Report+Template and
we'll get on fixing it right away.
