Reassigning of cases

I am a commcare user and admin. We created a new mobile worker account and have been trying to reassign cases from the old to the new account. This process has taken me too long than i had anticipated and worse still, only less than one percent of the total cases have been reassigned to the new mobile worker account. As a result, we are stuck and cant continue entry of the related data. Is there any solution??

Additionally, after creation of the new account, i was able to log in on the original account using another tablet but there isnt any single case showing on the caselist. What might be the reason for this?

This sounds like there may be a bug in one of HQ’s internal caches in how data is being displayed after the reassignment.
