Reassign case

Hi

Is there any way to reassign case from one to another user using bulk
upload. Once I did using bulk upload using excel sheet with column name
"case_id" and "owner_id" but now it seems it is not working.

Hi Aman,

That workflow should work. If you are unable to get it working please
report an issue, and include as much information as possible, and someone
