Re-opening closed cases

I previously closed some cases via bulk import, assuming that we would no longer need to track them. However, it has now become necessary to continue tracking these cases in forms.

I would like to know the best way to re-open these cases so that they become available again for use in forms. I have tried using bulk import, but the cases are still not appearing in forms.

Could someone guide me on the correct steps to re-open closed cases, either via bulk import or another recommended method other than archiving because I have many cases to re-open? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting this and I hope this message finds you well.

In order to Re-open the closed cases through bulk import, I would recommend you to track the “System Forms” which closed the cases and Archive them manually.
