Hi, will there be any support for developer accounts (for feasibility
research spikes, systems interoperability using a test user and case, etc),
or is it expected that these groups will have to sign up for the standard
plan? Thanks.

tool will not be considered API access and will be available for free
(categorized in the free Community plan). You can read more details here:
